Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your kindness .  While in your office last week, it was a very pleasant visit.  Medicaid is a wonderful blessing … [but also] is embarrassing.  …I have had some negative interaction at other offices.  When handing the [Medicaid] card to the staff it’s like you are immediately labeled.  The dynamics between office staff and patient become polite but awkward.  NOW THE GOOD NEWS ………

The energy in your office was entirely the opposite.  You and your staff were friendly and kind.  The exam was thorough and timely.  Questions were answered with patience and clarity.  When it came time to try on frames, the women were delightful in sharing their knowledge and opinions.  When I joked, they laughed with me, but also took time to compliment when the frames looked nice on me.  I left the office with my dignity intact and a smile on my face.  – Suzy M.
